TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTS: Accepted payments from Visa, Master Card, and /or PayPal. Orders will be processed after payments have been received.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped UPS ground (mainland U.S. only).

COPYRIGHT: All plans distributed by New Line Home Designs are protected under United States Copyright Laws. The original purchaser of any plans from NLHD is granted a limited non-exclusive license to build the purchased plan and is given the right to reproduce the purchased plan only as required for such construction period. This license is non-transferable. Further distribution of the purchased plan is strictly prohibited.

RETURNS and REFUNDS: Blueprints are considered to viewed once delivery is accepted. Viewing of the plans constitutes that they have been used. Once used, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All payments are non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABLITY: Under no circumstances is New Line Home Designs liable to you or anyone else for any damages arising out of use of the services.
